About us

JohanDriving force behind smalldairyequipment.com is Johan Vermeltfoort. Born, raised and still living on a Dutch dairy farm. Johan has a bachelors degree in agriculture & business and a background in dairy farming, economic farm consulting, on-farm yogurt processing and marketing of artisanal dairy products. 

Johan is passionate about farm diversification, dairy projects in developing countries and small entrepreneurship. He loves other countries and cultures. Johan speaks Dutch, English and German, some Spanish and is working on his French.

Working together

At smalldairyequipment.com we are mainly involved in trading equipment. We are, however, focused on getting the job done. That's why we partner up with other companies when necessary. This can be technical companies (stainless steel welding / engineering), forwarding companies, import agents, other import/export companies, dairy technologists, project managers and so on. Our experience is that working together is very powerfull to service the needs of our customers.
